Profile

Autovia Padana S.p.A. is the company that has managed the Piacenza-Cremona-Brescia stretch of the A21 motorway for a total of 25 years.

Following the award in 2015 of the motorway concession put to tender by the Ministry for Infrastructure and Transport, the company took over from the previous operator Autostrade Centropadane S.p.A.

The Autovia Padana road network, which stretches between Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna, includes approximately 89 kilometres of motorway, from Piacenza to Brescia, and the turnoff to Fiorenzuola d’Arda, thus connecting the A21 Turin-Piacenza-Brescia with the A1 Milan-Bologna and the A4 Turin-Trieste.

The company is the concessionaire for the construction and management of the Ospitaletto-Montichiari motorway interchange for a further 30 kilometres.

The motorway route, in the Piacenza-Cremona-Brescia stretch, has 7 tollbooths interconnecting with the ordinary road network and is equipped with the best technologies that, combined with the experience of the technical and administrative staff, allow Autovia Padana to guarantee the highest standards of safety and efficiency, for the benefit of travellers and users across the entire territory.
