PUBLIC INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 9 OF DIRECTIVE 2002/49/EC RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE

ACTION PLAN (2022-2028)

Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise” places an obligation on companies and bodies operating public transport services and related infrastructure to make available and disseminate to the public the Action Plans drawn up in accordance with the relevant Community legislation, in particular Council Directive 90/313/EEC of 7 June 1990.
The Action Plan identifies noise pollution problems, their impact, and the actions and measures that must be implemented to control environmental noise pollution, starting with the analyses already carried out in the Noise Mapping, which assesses the noise levels generated by motorway infrastructure.
